History
The Warrington Township Environmental Advisory Council was created in 2004 through a resolution passed by the Board of Supervisors.Â
Responsibilities include:
Identify environmental problems and submit to the Board of Supervisors an Action Plan to correct the problem.
Prepare and submit to the Board of Supervisors, by the end of February of each year, an Annual Report, highlighting the accomplishments of the Council during the past year, and proposed Community Environmental Program for the coming year.
Provide liaison support to Environmental Advisory Councils of nearby municipalities.
Undertake such environmental tasks as requested by the Board of Supervisors.
